It can be incredibly overwhelming (and still exciting) to consider moving your work online. Whether it’s creating a quality gallery, or loading up a playlist, or going further and creating virtual classes, concerts and readings… there are myriad ways to do it, and no “right” way. Plus, there are super-high-tech opportunities for the adventurous artist – augmented and virtual reality are more and more available, digital and 3-d printing right in your studio is a thing now… the possibilities are, truly, endless.
The fine folks at Culture Days have put together this resource for Presenting Online Programming – to help reduce the research load, and ease your decision-making.
In response to COVID-19, more and more artists and creatives are exploring the idea of going digital. Looking ahead to September, we’re also encouraging Culture Days organizers who can do so to plan for the possibility of pivoting from in-person to online events.
