We love this community of creatives… why don’t you join us?

Membership is open to anyone. You don’t have to be an artist. And if you are an artist, you can be any kind of artist (visual, musical, performing, writing, digital…). Just $40 per calendar year shows (or gets) your support for building and celebrating Arts & Culture in the Comox Valley.

Our Poet Laureate

The second Poet Laureate of the Comox Valley, selected in April 2017,  has plenty of plans already.

And she’s open to hearing ideas from others in the community as to how she can best promote the art of poetry, cultivate poetic literacy and encourage the reading and writing of poems.

The Local Arts Scene

A lot goes on around this Valley in Arts & Culture.

Check out our community arts calendar, submit your own events (free), and stay up to date with all the happenings.

There are classes, shows, exhibits, concerts, workshops, festivals, pop-up choirs, films, markets and more!

Let’s talk about The Arts.

Comox Valley Arts - Your Community Arts Council

The pro-active, leading force behind the promotion of Arts and Culture in our community!

We facilitate, activate and advocate on behalf of Arts and Culture in our community, through our involvement in a wide variety of activities. We provide professional development and support to the cultural creators and workers of the Comox Valley who are pursuing higher artistic excellence, and work to foster a lifelong love of the Arts in our youth.
